How It Works
Apply for the Adult Waitlist
Tell us about your household, routine, current pets, and the kind of adult Ragdoll who would thrive with you.
Wait for the Right Match
Retired adults are placed according to temperament, needs, and household fit—not simply by application order.
Meet & Plan the Transition
If there is a promising match, we’ll discuss personality, daily routine, timing, and a gentle transition plan for your home.
Bring Them Home
Bring your adult Ragdoll home with a tailored transition plan. Pick up in Wallington, NJ, or discuss delivery options for families farther away.
Why Posh Raggies for Retired Adults
Our retired adults have been loved in our home, and we know them as individuals. We share their routines, preferences, and available health information honestly—and remain here for support after they go home.
What Families Can Expect
• Known Personality — We share the adult’s temperament, routines, preferences, and ideal home.
• Health Information — Available veterinary and health details are discussed for each individual adult.
• Thoughtful Matching — Placement is based on what will help the cat and family thrive together.
• Gentle Transition — We help you plan timing, setup, introductions, and settling in.
• Ongoing Support — We remain available for questions after your adult comes home.
We’re TICA and CFA registered breeders serving families across New Jersey, NYC, and throughout the United States.
