I adopted a kitten from Posh Raggies (Maryem) in May of this year. It was my first time adopting a cat from a breeder so I did a lot of research and called a lot of different places to get information. I ended up going with Maryem and could not be happier that I did! Not only does she have the most beautiful cats and kittens, she was wonderful to work with, sent me a pictures of the available kittens, and, once I chose, kept me updated. She provided additional pictures anytime I asked for them and even a video of her playing with her littermates so I could see her personality in action. Her communication was also fantastic and working through the contract process and purchase transactions was painless. Most importantly, the kitten we adopted is just the absolute best. She’s very healthy, absolutely gorgeous and has the best little personality. She’s playful and energetic, loves playing with her sister and is also simultaneously loving and affectionate. If I was going to get another Ragdoll, I would not go anywhere else!

Perfect Little Furbaby!It’s been almost a month since we brought home our little blue point girl, Chloe (aka Aurora). Chloe is in perfect health. She is loveable, cuddly, and well socialized. She immediately bonded with our 4 children, ages 2 to 12 . Chloe has the quintessential ragdoll personality; smart and playful and loves interactive games. Her favorite is a little peek a boo game we call “where’s Chloe?”Meryem is the best. With Meryem, it felt different. She doesn't require payment to get on the waitlist, and any deposit for a kitten is transferable if you decide on a different kitten later. This approach and her warm communication made me trust her and feel great about adopting through her—even though we live far away in Ohio.Meryem even went above and beyond and offered to drive five hours each way to meet us halfway for delivery, but I eventually decided to fly to New Jersey and meet her at the airport instead. She kindly delivered our new kitty and all his documents right at the terminal, making the experience so easy despite our busy and rigid work schedules.Our little blue bicolor boy is an absolute joy—curious, sweet, and well-trained from the start. We recently adopted 2 lovely Ragdoll kittens from Posh Raggies and owner Meryem Mustajbasic. We were very happy to find a local, easy to access breeder here in NJ.The kittens are raised in a sunny dedicated cat room with Meryem’s young children playing with them all the time, so the kittens were very well socialized with no fear of people, and very used to being picked up and handled. If you have any children in your home, you can rest assured these kittens will have seen it all. And if you are slightly older with no children at home, like us, the kittens may be shocked by the sudden quietness!Despite being from different litters and our girl being about 2 months older than our boy, they are very affectionate to each other due to the way they are raised together in one big happy family. No issues with them not getting along, and they entertain each other when we cannot be there ourselves. If you can swing a pair, that’s the way to go!All of the cats and kittens we were introduced to while interviewing our prospective new housemates were happy, healthy, and beautifully cared for. Clear eyes, clean ears, great personalities. On the initial checkup with our vet after picking them up, it was just playtime with the kittens, as there was nothing for the vet to be concerned about.Meryem herself is a wonderful person and a great resource for information and advice about her kittens and about Ragdolls in general. From our first contact she answered all our questions and was extremely patient with us while we considered our options.Meryem contacted us a few days after we had brought our babies home to make sure everything was as expected and has remained in touch weeks later to follow their progress and answer questions. You want this in a breeder when making choices about bringing home a long-term companion – this will be your housemate for 17+ years, after all!
